With DreamHack ZOWIE Open Bucharest 2016 starting tomorrow, HLTV.org brings you a detailed viewer's guide with all the most important information about the event, the teams and the talent lineup.
DreamHack ZOWIE Open Bucharest 2016 is a $100,000 prize pool DreamHack Open series event that will take place over three days in the capital of Romania - Bucharest.
The competition will take place at the Polyvalent Hall, the same venue that hosted PGL CS:GO Championship Series Kick-off Season in which we saw the team that is now Astralis take the crown over fnatic to start what was probably their most successful period.
Heroic will be looking for another good result in Bucharest
Astralis won't be at DreamHack Open 2016, but two other notable Danish teams - Dignitas and HEROIC, will be there with hopes of more good results. In terms of top teams, the tournament isn't stacked, with only Virtus.pro and Cloud9 featuring from the top five of HLTV.org's team ranking, but a number of other strong teams will also take part.

The tournament will use the classic GSL format for the group stage, with the the first matches being played as best-of-one and elimination and decider matches played as best-of-three.
After the group stage, the two best teams from each group will continue to the playoffs were best-of-three matches will be played.

The tournament will see the return of Pala "Mantrousse" Gilroy Sen as the stage host and interviewer, a debut of the analyst pairing of Chad "SPUNJ" Burchill and Janko "YNk" Paunović as well as Anders Blume - but without Semmler.
